CLONNING FAILED ERROR RC-50208: Exception in method TimedProcessProcess.run

VERSION : R12.2.4

I want to clone production but during cloning process, the following error is raising:

RC-50208: Exception in method TimedProcessProcess.run

Raised by oracle.apps.ad.util.TimedProcess$TimedProcessProcess: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "/u01/app/oracle/fs1/FMW_Home/webtier/perl/bin/perl": error=2, No such file or directory

script returned:

Three times i run the preclone on prod but the same error is raising. i checked the file in production, file exists but not exists/create in stage area for clone. Kindly help me.
