Performance Appraisal Issue

Dear All,

I am getting below error on the Appraisal Page when it is shared with Manager for update

Kindly help if anyone has managed to fix this issue in 12.2.10 instance.

Exception Details.  

 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20002: 3103: Attribute 'PROCESS_NAME' does not exist for item 'HRSSA/140648'.
