Multiple Ship To Locations

Recently we've added a new ship to location for our main location (org) here. We updated some of our Blanket POs with this new shipping location. ASCP generates the requisitions and they pick up the old address. Oracle says that the ship to location gets defaulted from the org. So how do we handle this situation where we have multiple ship to locations for the same org?
