MRP (R3483) parallel process loops and finish after 3 days

hi, i got an issue where MRP (R3483) parrallel is taking about 3 days to finish the complete run.

We are working on JD E1 810

when we checked the Log it displays the following errors.

OCI0000178 - Unable to execute - INSERT INTO SVMOEQ85A.F986113

OCI0000179 - Error - ORA-00001: unique constraint (SVMOEQ85A.F986113_PK) violated

JDB9900401 - Failed to execute db request

JDB3400009 - Failed to perform Insert for F986113

If i run this version of MRP and data selection gets 2nd item number[LITM] [F4102]= "only one item", business unit[MCU][F4102], sometimes finish so fast, and some other takes more than 50 minutes.
