Getting "% Error - check usage" message after "local-accounts delete"

Hi, I have 3900 running SCZ840p10.

I have created a few admin-type local-accounts and one of the admins couldn't login after changing his password. Since SCZ840p10 seems to have no option to reset the password like SCZ900 (local-accounts reset), I deleted the account using "local-accounts delete" command; however, after activating the config, I get the message "% Error - check usage" when I try to recreate the same account or create any new local admin account.

I only ran: local-accounts delete <admin> then SBC saved the config and I simply did an "activate-config".

How can I check that "usage" and how can I clear it?
