Payables ECC -- No data

Hello! Having trouble getting Payables ECC up and running. I can see the Command Center with the Supplier Balance, Holds, Discounts, and Period Close tabs, but there's no data. I've run the dataload with full load, it completed without errors, and I can see data through SQL developer when I query select * from AP_ECC_HOLD_V; select * from AP_ECC_PAID_HISTORY_V; etc.

I've assigned the Payables Command Center Access Role to the AP Manager responsibility, which is where I see the dashboard, and I've added the responsibility as a security context. The timezone and the aging template profiles are set. Am I missing a step? I'm expecting to see the data load in the dashboard when I open it -- is that not the case?
