Can I please check how to enable Output Tax Extenstion pa_client_extn_output_tax on EBS 12.2

pa_client_extn_output_tax

We want to use an extension but how do we enable this for PRC: Generate Draft Invoice for a Single Project and PRC: Generate Draft Invoice for a Range of Project
