Comments Field enter on TA Fluid Page

Is it possible to make the PS_EX_TAUTH_HDR.COMMENTS field record available on the TE_TAUTH_LINES page for Reviewer or Approvers to view?

Similarly, the PS_EX_SHEET_NOTES.NOTES field record is available on the TE_SHEET_LINES page for Reviewer and Approvers to view for Expense Reports without a TA. 

Currently the PS_EX_TAUTH_HDR.COMMENTS field record is available on the TE_SHEET_LINES page for Reviewer and Approvers to view but only for Expense Reports with a TA and they must click on the link to Notes to be able to view the corresponding field record from the associated TA, which on the expense report side it gets stored on the PS_EX_SHEET_HDR.COMMENTS and the PS_EX_SHEET_NOTES.NOTES field records.
