Upgrading to PeopleTools 8.60 using CLOUD Manager fails during DB upgrade step

Hi,

I'm attempting to upgrade fscm image 9.2.046 on Peopletooss 8.59.13 to 8.60.01 using Peoplesoft Cloud Manager. I get the following during the DB upgrade step.
