Performance issue happened when we open HFR batches from workspace batch scheduler.

We are facing performance issue when opening HFR reports in workspace batch scheduler in our new Hyperion production 

environment 11.2.8. 

Performance issue happened when we open HFR batches from workspace batch scheduler

QA environment is taking only 30 secs to open, but production environment its taking 2-3 mins.

We did the same configuration in QA, but its working fine in QA

This is a new prod environment (Hyperion 11.2.8 version)

we have not applied any security patches to the environment.

we didnt find any difference in config or log when compared to QA and Prod.

Did someone face this issue before? Thanks
