Web client exception when trying to add record in P03B2002 from Fat client

Getting below error in local web logs:

failed and need roll back!! | Form Name : P03B11_W03B11C com.jdedwards.runtime.base.SystemException: There was a problem with the server while running the business function F0911FSEndDoc.\nThe server may still be available, but because of state information, the entire unit of work must be resubmitted.\nPlease exit the application and restart it.\nPost Button Clicked Line number 5\nP03B11_W03B11C
