R12 Oracle Service Contracts Reprice - Bill amount calculated is not as expected

Hi,

We are exploring option of Extending Contract but we are facing issue with Bill Amount for extended Period. We tried reprice but the Amount calculated is not as expected. I have attached a word document with steps performed, please check and guide me with contract extensions.
