Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Applying the Latest AD and TXK Release Update Packs to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1617461.1)

This document is now suggesting applying AD/TXK Delta.14 hotpatch=yes

That is rather strange on top of phase=prepare

adop phase=apply patches=33600809 hotpatch=yes

Anyone already applied any AD Delta patch hotpatch=yes ?
