Navigation to "Web tab" under "Format Picture dialog box" in BI Publisher Template

Hi ,

I'm working on a request to insert the logo directly on the RTF template. I found the metalink note How To Insert Images and Logo in the XML Publisher Reports and Documents? (Doc ID 550627.1)

As per the note, upon doing right click on the dummy image, under "Format Picture" there should be a 'Web Tab'. I'm unable to locate the same on my RTF template.
