How to migrate an existing storage pool to a new storage pool in ZFS ZS5-2?

Hi, good afternoon,

I just want to ask some advise on how to migrate an existing ZFS storage pool (raid 10) to a newly created storage pool (raid5), this is with concern also to the Virtual Machines connected to the existing pool (OVM) on what will happen to the VM side.
