Primary Gateway is down in one of the Test environments

Hi ,


We have 3 Server Node setup in one of the Siebel IP22.8 Test Environment with below setup.

First Server - Primary Gateway, Primary Siebel Server, AI Tomcat configured.

Second Server - Secondary gateway, Secondary Siebel serverm AI Tomcat Configured.

Third server - Gateway Cluster configured.

We are in a assumption that any of the gateway is down, the requests will automatically go to other gateway servers and will not have any downtime. But once our Primary Gateway is down, our application is not accessible.


Could you please help to let us know the details if anything needs to be performed to avoid the downtime and to route the requests to other Gateway Server if primary Gateway is down.
