Essbase Type Measure with Hyperion Planning

Hi,

Does enabling type measure in Essbase applies to standalone applications or can it be used in conjunction with Hyperion Planning?

I was able to use type measure effectively in a standalone Essbase application. However, when I try to enable type measure with a Planning application it reverts back to False after a Planning refresh.

Hyperion reporting doesn't allow attributes to be used in conjunction with Planning connection. With type measure enabled I'm able to combine dates with attributes.
