Error 0269 when running R46171.

This error occurs when running the R46171. The items are set up correctly in P41002 and P46011. It does not happen on all items but the items it is happening on have existed for years and we have had years of successful suggestions being created, until recently.

I have tried multiple versions of R46171, and I receive the same results.

attached is a PDF from today with the audit report. The result is the items suggest to the Overflow location, while not suggesting to proper, available locations. For this branch plant it is 9O.

we are on 9.2 and tools release 9.2.6.3
