EAM - R12.2 - EAM_PROCESS_WO_PUB.PROCESS_WO Always Commits ??

We are trying to use the EAM_PROCESS_WO_PUB.PROCESS_WO API to add a line to an already existing works order.

The process seems to work fine and we can see the line added etc. The issue we have is that no matter what we pass for the P_COMMIT parameter - the process always commits.

Looking at the integration repository and the information in some metalink notes we can see that we are using he right parameter "N" (other interfaces seem to use FND_API.G_TRUE or FND_API.G_FALSE for the commit toggle - but this process uses "Y" and "N").
