Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Lloyds MT940 Bank Statement Account Number XXXXXX-YYYYYYYY

Hi,

Current client use Lloyds bank for their banking requirements.

Using the MT940 format, the bank account (identifier 25:) has the bank account as 15 characters - XXXXXX-YYYYYYYY (Sort code-account number) when Oracle is only expecting 8 characters - actual bank account number.

Has anyone got a workaround/solution for this issue? Is it possible to update the MT940 template to select from the 8th character rather than the 1st character?
