Tax calculated 100% of the item amount not tax amount

Hi everyone!

We are working on setting the payable module for a new entity Dominican Republic. We already configured all the module, now we are doing some testing and we have an issue when we paid an invoice. The tax has been calculated under the item amount, not the tax amount.

Someone., can help us to understand what setup it´s missing?
