rootupgrade.sh -force fails

We have recently upgraded our GRID and DB instances from 11204 to 19c.

The upgrade seemingly was successful however our /etc/oratab is being updated automatically by the "oraagent" process (part of Oracle HAS/Restart) to the old ORACLE_HOME.

We have been asked by Oracle Support to run the rootupgrade.sh which has been tried but is failing with the below:

CLSRSC-754: Cannot do an upgrade to the home /oracle/GRID/19.0.0 since the major release version 19.0.0.0.0 is same as the version of the configured home /oracle/GRID/19.0.0

We are running oracle/SAP on AIX

Has anyone come across this?
