JDE ETO work order - Editing outside of P31p001 ETO WB

Hi All - We are using ETO WB to create many manual work orders (approx 400-450) that are needed for that project. These work order headers are to be updated with some cat codes and statuses in the standalone application P48013 by another planner. what we are seeing is that if the ETO WB is in "Edit Tasks" mode for creating more work orders and intermittently "Save and Continue" is pressed, the updates made to the previously created work order header in cat codes, status etcc.. in P48013 are being wiped out.
