Requisitions Created v an Existing BPA

Hi, this is a question on behalf of our Proc Team

Seems totally counter intuitive but I will asked anyway....

We have BPA in place for a large UK supplier of White Goods

50 or 60 product lines

But when our end users create a Purchase Requisition off the BPA they are very bad at completing the information the supplier would like (Note to Supplier i think)

Basically our Proc team don't trust the end users.

As we have BPA in place the PR auto creates to PO.

Is there any sort of seeded offering that would allow our Proc Team (just for this BPA) to put a hold on the PO creation, to check that all the information has been correctly entered on the PR, before the PO is created
