Issues after applying browser compatibility patches (Doc ID 389422.1)

Hi,
We applied the browser compatibility patches in a test instance and we have run into major show stopper issues.
Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 12.2 and 12.1 (Doc ID 389422.1)
Below is the list of major defects we found after applying the above patch. What shocks me is the most basic functionality like scrolling a form using mouse wheel is not working! We have logged multiple SRs but no luck from Oracle. They are still requesting various logs & files for the last 1 month. I am unclear why it is taking so long for Oracle to identify the resolution. We are not the first ones on 12.1.3 applying these patches.
