Is anyone having issues downloading the entire time phased spreadsheet for resource assignments.

Is anyone having issues downloading the entire time phased spreadsheet for resource assignments. Cloud seems to only download values that are present in the view. For example, resources run from Jan to Sep, however, if the view is Jan to Mar on the right plane, it will only download resources from Jan to Mar.
