Tax amount not calculated for sales order details

Oracle Applications : 12.2.11

The tax code is entered under the main tab of the sales order details, but the tax amount is not calculated under the pricing tab, Display as 0，and the tax amount information is not calculated in the tax field of the sales order header，also displayed as 0.
