UK_TYE_Readme_2023/24_v2-Generic Update Mechanism & RTI GN Update NI Category

Hello Team

On the UK_TYE_Readme_2023/24_v2 it does not refer into running the Generic Update Mechanism after applying the TYE Patch and running HR Global as post install step

Also it does not refer into running the RTI GN Update NI Category before running payroll

I understand this might not be relevant for this tax year but can you please review and confirm
