Cancel ASN using API

Hi,

Is it possible to cancel ASN using Interface or API?

Initially, data will be populated using interfaces and later upon the execution of RTP program, data will be transferred to base tables (RCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERS and RCV_SHIPMENT_LINES); From the base tables, how do I cancel or the transaction or ASN?

Appreciate any insight or help.
