Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

I have added 3 transcoding modules per SBC( 2 x HA pairs) as we are supporting G.729 to end points.

We are getting a fair amount of call quality issues noise on the line etc. (around 20% of calls)

I've been asked to check its not a problem with an individual module. Is there a way to make a module unavailable?
