Our R04571 Print Driver is Failing to Invoke or Fetch the Payment Print programs from F0417 -P704001

Our German company has been live on 9.1 since July 2020 and the A/P Payment Process has worked flawlessly since.  We upgraded to 9.2 in September 2022.  After running without any issues 38 times since the upgrade, it now fails to run completely.  After a payment group is created, and the user clicks on the Row Exit for 'Write', the Print Driver R04571 runs without any issue or error being logged in the work center, but the print programs do not run.

In our PY, it works fine/normally, so I've compared all the setup I can think of to PD and I can't find any difference. It's unexplainable at this point after myself and some of our technical staff have reviewed it with me. Looking for help to resolve.
