Solaris 11.4: How to require root password for single-user mode & proof thereof.

Corporate security requires that the root password be required in order to enter single-user mode. Their scanning tools (stupidly, IMNSHO) treat the OS as if it were Linux, and only provide me solutions that work for that.

I need to know how to ensure that this is enabled for both a global zone and a kernel zone, each running Solaris 11.4, and be able to show the output of some command that proves this is set. Otherwise, they will continue to flag the server and demand I fix it the Linux way.

My experience with modern Solaris is quite minimal, having last used it in the Solaris 2 days, so forgive me if there is an obvious/trivial fix to this, that I have not found with my limited googling skills.

Howdy, Stranger!
