Need to find best way to migrate Oracle Database VM from PCA to VM managed by KVM

in Oracle Private Cloud Appliance (PCA) (MOSC) Question

I am working as a DBA with Utility Company located in Newark, Delaware (USA). We supply water to Delaware and neighboring states. We also provide waste water solutions.

Very soon we will be starting a project to migrate all our production and non-production databases from Oracle Private Cloud Appliance (PCA located in our data center in Newark, DE) to VM running on server managed by KVM to be located in same data center. Here is the detailed specification of our current Oracle databases:

For all DB the full version is 19.17.0.0.0

All 5 prod databases are running on one OVM (Oracle Virtual Machine) running on one PCA node (PCA X5-2 v2.4.3).
