I am getting this error now that we have upgraded to oracle 19.16 and have upgraded to windows 11 client running Oracle 12.1.0.1 client. I Found the note on the oracle form but it does not seem to apply. The only fix seems to be to reboot the database every day to arround the same time each day we get a spike in logins around 11:30am and then oracle starts evicting people out of the database and I see the ora-03137 errors then eventually an ora-600 error then the system seems to hang and we have to
