"Certificate for Authorization" pop-up on WebLogic Server after applying SSL

I just applied SSL to our WebLogic Web Server. I have remediated all known vulnerabilities on the server and all pieces of my application appear to be working as expected. However, I now have a "Certificate for Authentication" pop-up window coming up when I access the SSL (HTTPS) site.

The top image is of the pop-up window and the second image is the sign-on page after I click cancel.

I have checked everything I can find (and have access to) but haven't been able to suppress this pop-up. if I click cancel on the pop-up, the PeopleSoft (PIA) sign-on page opens as expected. There are NO errors showing in the PIA nor WebLogic logs.
