Why wouldn't an earning code that is set-up to tax at supplemental rate?
PeopleSoft HR v 9.2.
It was brought to my attention an earning code that is set-up for FWT at the supplemental rate is not taxing at the supplemental rate, and it appears it is happening with employees who have retired and have been reinstated to work for special assignment.
The active employees who have not had a change in their employment status and get paid with that earning code is being taxed at the supplemental rate.
