Upgrade from Linux Redhat 7.9 to Linux 8.7(latest release)

We have Oracle server 19c.17.0.0 that runs on Linux Redhat 7.9. Is it possible to run this OS big update to Linux 8.7(or latest release) without comprimising the database ? If yes, do we have somewhere some detailled steps of this operations ? Thanks !
