CVE-2023-22809 workaround?

Hi,

I have recently found out that CVE-2023-22809 is affecting SUDO.

Would like to know if this is affecting our 11.3 sparc system?

We do understand there is no Critical patches yet for this (unfortunate that CPU was 17 Jan and the CVE was published 18 Feb), and I was not able to find anything in MOS detailing any workarounds.
