Basically i need to write a report to capture some information for this task

For us this is all at Supp Header level

This seeded code gives you something this Minority and Veteran owned which are not really relevant to the UK. Hence we have updated what the OAF page displays.

You can see example in attached jpg

I started this but could not correctly join the tables POS_BUS_CLASS_ATTR & POS_BUS_CLASS_REQS 

I would like to report on the on fields highlighted in the jpg
