How to connect repo on Azure DevOps on SQL Developer

I have tried to connect to the repo using my username and password but authentication fails. Outside of SQL Developer, I am able to connect to the repo fine its only when I use SQL Developer it fails. I have tried to turn off SSL off but that doesn't work either.

I have tried using ssh keys instead but that comes back with invalid key.
