Assign student permissions in batch/mass?

Hello,

Is there functionality to assign student permission in batch/mass? We can assign a student individually on the Student Financials> Charges and Payments Assign Student Permissions page, but there is a need to assign a group of students and was hoping to do so in batch. However, I did not see the option available in Pop Select.
