how to upgrade Sql developer in forms and reports installation?

I have Forms and Reports 12.2.1.4 with WLS 12.2.1.4 on Linux. We got security scan finding "Apache Log4j Unsupported Version Detection" at location under ....sqldeveloper/lib/log4j-1.2.13.jar

How can I update this sql developer?
