Has anyone processed Compensation Cycle with multiple rate codes for an employee?
We are currently on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 (PUM 38), PeopleTools 8.59 and are trying to process Compensation Cycle for employees with multiple rate codes added on the Compensation tab of their Job record. We have employees who have NAHRLY rate code and also a Premium Rate code which we pay them on the top of their Hourly rate. We want the Compensation process to combine both the rates to calculate their annual Merit.
Delivered Comp Build process only allows one rate code per employee. Has anyone customized the WCS_ECMBUILD program to accommodate multiple rate codes for employees to process and load annual Merit to Job Data? Any insights or recommendations would be highly appreciated.
