Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

ADOP APPLY slow on Admin node

We have one R12.2.11 environment where in the Apply phase of ADOP, it takes a long time to complete the patch installation on the admin node.

While running, this is displayed for like 20 or 30 minutes, before proceding:

Applying <1234,1234_F:u1234.drv> patch(es) on admin node: [servername_xyz].

It seems like he does that, no matter what patch size, or patch list.

All or most other environments are much quicker here, be it that I think it's no longer than 5 minutes max for the same step.

What is happening here, how do I make this faster ?
