We are working on applying PUM 41 and as part of Team Calendar from Manager Self Service, we see Notify under Team Member actions. I would like to understand how helpful is Notify action from here so that Business can make a decision to use it or not.

If anyone using this action, could you please shed some light on how and when you are using this and how helpful is this feature?
