QSOFT icons are not displayed after TR Upgrade to 9.2.5.3 along with DB and WLS upgrade

Hello Community,

We have recently upgraded our tools for 9.2 application to 9.2.5.3.

Along with Tools upgrade, we have also migrated our database to 19C and Weblogic version is upgraded to 12.2.1.4.

After upgrade we have noticed that only QSOFT application icons are displayed as broken images, rest other JDE's internal icons are properly displayed.

observed below error in browser debug:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

We have tried our luck by deleting Weblogic Cache and TMP folder contents but no use.
