MFP Calendar load

MFP & RPAS Version 16.0.2

We have 5years in domain (3hist+1curr+1future) and in planning workbooks (like MFP,IP,AP) we have the visibility of 4yrs.

Currently how it is working is if we load the clnd file with 5years of data (ex: 2020-2024) it will load 5yrs into domain (in the backend) and in the application we have only 4yrs visibility (2021-2024).

Due to heavy domain size the customer decided to remove the 2020 from the domain itself and they would like to maintain 4yrs only. 

If we need to achieve this what are the steps, we need to follow.

Also, is there any impact with LY and LLY data.
