9.1.5.10 Server manager unable to create new managed instance

in CNC, DB and Operating System - JDE1 (MOSC) 5 comments

Hello, I installed a server manager console 9.1.5.10 to weblogic version 12.1.3.0. After installing agents I noticed that the create new managed instance button is greyed out and i am unable to click it. I also tried installing the SVM console to a windows server thinking it is media related but also faced the same issue.
