add python modules to WLST

It's likely possible, but I am not sure of the process. I would like to add the argparse module to WLST. I've been using getopts, but it's not as flexible and usable as argparse. I see that WLST can be customized, but I am not sure that adding modules falls intot the category of customizatoin.
