Is there any user hook API for Journal upload Web ADI ?

Hi,

I want to make the DFF attribute conditionally required on Journal upload Web ADI so I am checking if there is any user hook API where I can add the logic. Can anyone please let me know if there is user hook API available for WebADI or if there is any option to meet this requirement?
